Action Figures & Collectibles
View on AmazonOur Take
A large-format Hot Wheels Monster Trucks playset featuring two oversized die-cast-style trucks — Mega-Wrex (a T-Rex-themed monster) and Crushzilla — competing across a smash-and-crash race track. Aimed at children aged 4 and up, it sits in the mid-to-upper end of the Hot Wheels playset range, designed for active, destructive play rather than display or collecting.
Key Features
Includes two large Monster Trucks: Mega-Wrex (dinosaur-themed) and Crushzilla
Track features crush zones where trucks smash through obstacles during races
Launcher mechanism allows head-to-head racing between the two vehicles
Both trucks are larger scale than standard Hot Wheels die-cast cars
Compatible with other Hot Wheels Monster Trucks vehicles for expanded play
Playset can be reconfigured and reset after crashes for repeated use
Our Verdict
A solid choice for Monster Trucks fans aged 4–7 who enjoy crash-and-smash play over careful track building. The two included trucks make it a self-contained gift. Older children or those who already own Monster Trucks sets may find it a touch basic for the price.
