Our Take
A display-focused LEGO set recreating the classic Pac-Man arcade cabinet, complete with a working crank mechanism that animates the ghosts and Pac-Man across the maze, 4-way joystick and illuminating coin slot. Aimed squarely at adult collectors who grew up with arcade gaming, part of LEGO's Icons range alongside other nostalgia-driven builds rather than competing with playsets for younger audiences. The PAC-MAN Arcade cabinet measures in at over 30 high, 25 cm wide and 17 cm deep.
Key Features
2,651 pieces producing a detailed, full-size replica arcade cabinet standing approximately 33cm tall
Hand-crank mechanism on the side animates Pac-Man and ghost figures moving through the maze
Includes a mini playable LEGO version of Pac-Man built into the side of the cabinet
Printed tile artwork throughout — no stickers required for the cabinet graphics
Minifigure of a 1980s-styled arcade player included alongside Pac-Man and ghost characters
Cabinet features a coin slot, joystick, and classic marquee header faithfully reproduced in brick form
Our Verdict
Ideal for Pac-Man fans and arcade nostalgia collectors who want a centrepiece display model with a talking-point mechanism. Less compelling for LEGO enthusiasts primarily motivated by building challenge or piece-per-pound value, and the price will give pause to anyone not already emotionally invested in the licence.
