Our Take
A woodland-themed dolls' playset from Epoch's long-running Sylvanian Families range, the Lakeside Lodge Gift Set centres on a log-cabin-style building with outdoor lakeside scenery. Aimed at children aged three and up, it sits in the mid-to-upper end of the Sylvanian market as a self-contained gift set that includes figures and accessories rather than requiring separate purchases.
Key Features
Log-cabin lodge building with opening sections for interior play access
Lakeside/outdoor setting with dock or jetty feature for water-themed play
Includes at least one flocked animal figure from the Sylvanian families cast
Comes with small furniture and accessory pieces to furnish the lodge interior
Designed to connect and expand with other Sylvanian Families sets and figures

Our Verdict
A solid choice for a first Sylvanian set or a meaningful addition to an existing collection, especially as a gift. Parents already deep into the range may find the accessory count underwhelming for the price. Best suited to children aged four to seven with an interest in small-world and imaginative play.
