Our Take
A cot-hanging musical mobile from VTech aimed at newborns and young infants. It features a rotating arm with plush animal characters and plays lullabies alongside nature sounds to soothe babies to sleep. It sits in the mid-range of the nursery mobile market, competing with Fisher-Price and Tiny Love offerings on features and price.
Key Features
Rotating arm suspends several soft plush critter characters, including a moose, above the cot
Plays a selection of lullabies and classical-style melodies
Includes nature and soothing ambient sounds as an alternative to music
Remote control unit clips to the cot rail for parent operation without disturbing the baby
Adjustable volume control on the remote unit
Auto shut-off timer to conserve battery life after play cycles end
Our Verdict
A solid, practical choice for parents wanting a fuss-free cot mobile with the convenience of a cot-rail remote. Best suited to newborns up to around four or five months. Those wanting longer-term value or richer developmental features may find Tiny Love's range worth the extra spend.
