Our Take
The Nerf Super Soaker XShot Hydra is a large-capacity pump-action water blaster aimed at children aged 6 and up, though adults will happily join in. It sits in the mid-to-upper end of the budget water blaster market, competing with established Super Soaker models on range and tank size rather than on electronic gimmicks.
Key Features

Our Verdict
A solid choice for families wanting a no-fuss, high-capacity water blaster for garden battles on sunny days. Children aged 7 and upward will get the most from it. Those wanting a lightweight, easily portable option — or something for very young children — should consider a smaller, lighter alternative.
