Our Take
The Playmobil City Life 71402 is a large, multi-room dolls' house aimed at children aged four and up. It comes pre-furnished across several floors with Playmobil's signature chunky, colourful furniture and figures included. It sits in the mid-to-upper end of the Playmobil range, competing with similarly priced wooden dolls' houses from brands like Lundby.

A solid choice for Playmobil fans or parents wanting a durable, immediately playable dolls' house for under-tens. Those seeking a more traditional wooden aesthetic or a simpler, less cluttered toy should look at alternatives from Lundby or Le Toy Van instead.
